Who We Are ?

Once upon a time in 2019, a creative journey began with the birth of a brand called “MinionGiftery.” This brand, driven by passion and creativity, embarked on a mission to spread joy through unique and imaginative merchandise. From the very beginning, MinionGiftery gained remarkable traction, winning the hearts of customers who embraced the whimsical and delightful products.

As the brand gained momentum, it faced the challenges that come with success. The fame of MinionGiftery attracted copycats and trademark infringements, threatening the essence of the brand. Despite these challenges, the team behind Miniongiftery stood strong, fiercely protecting their beloved creation. However, it eventually became apparent that the fight to maintain the original spirit of MinionGiftery was becoming an uphill battle.

With heavy hearts, the decision was made to bid farewell to MinionGiftery. It was a bittersweet moment, closing the chapter on a brand that had become a part of so many lives. But from the ashes of this closure emerged a phoenix of new beginning.

On September 8, 2023, a new dawn illuminated the horizon as “Desquad” (Design Squad) was born. The founders, undeterred by the challenges they had faced, channeled their experience and creativity into this fresh venture. Desquad was not just a brand; it was a movement, a testament to resilience, and a celebration of design in all its forms.

Desquad proudly embraced two distinct identities:

Fan Merchandise: Understanding the pulse of the modern era, Desquad ventured into fan merchandise, catering to the passions of enthusiasts. Whether it was movies, music, gaming, or literature, Desquad’s fan merchandise captured the essence of beloved worlds, allowing fans to carry a piece of their adored universes with them.

 

Design Agency: Beyond merchandise, Desquad established itself as a design agency dedicated to nurturing homegrown Indian brands. Their mission was to empower local businesses with eye-catching, culturally resonant designs that would help these brands stand out in a competitive market. With a fusion of innovation and tradition, Desquad aimed to give Indian brands a distinctive voice.The years of struggle were not in vain. They had sowed the seeds of experience, determination, and evolution. Desquad was a testament to the fact that even in the face of adversity, creativity could thrive and adapt.

 

As Desquad moved forward, it carried the spirit of MinionGiftery—a spirit of unwavering dedication to imagination, design, and the pursuit of joy. The journey continued, with the founders and their team pouring their hearts and souls into every design, every product, and every client they served.
